British Irish Chamber of Commerce
Robert Emmet CDP was privileged to be included in Department of Rural and Community Development itinerary for British Irish Chamber of Commerce conference on social value last Thursday & Friday.
Robert Emmet CDP strives to maximize social value in all development processes- and provide equitable access to these processes for community members- to ensure that development is appropriate, equitable and in the best interest of the communities it touches.
We deliver on this through the operation of social enterprises, facilitation of Oliver Bond Regeneration Forum and support of local residents groups in deliberative processes that affect them. We also endeavour to enfuse these values through our core charitable programmes so that every element of our operation can support the growth of empowered and resilient communities in the South West Inner City.
It was positive to directly showcase our social enterprises to DCRD staff and delegates and to share ideas and develop the basis for future collaborations with like minded people!
