'Our Liberties' Launch Night

Many thanks to all the talented and generous individuals who made the launch of ‘Our Liberties’ exhibition Tuesday evening an enjoyable success- the project participants and the Liberties community that inspires them, Dublin City Community Coop and it’s network of inner city community development projects and organisations and Brian Hand / NCAD Gallery to name a few. Thanks also to Andrew O' Connell for taking and sharing fantastic photographs of the event.

The Liberties is a wonderful place with a unique identity and Robert Emmet CDP is consistently privileged to be in a position to advocate for, add capacity to and provide opportunities for self expression to this wonderful community.
‘Our Liberties’, a socially engaged project designed to facilitate people living / working in the Liberties developed a variety of cultural and artistic pieces that express lived experiences of the area. The exhibition, the output of and eight week programme of free evening classes, runs out of Robert Emmet CDP every weekday 09.00 – 13.00 until January 31st.
