‘Our Liberties’ is a project designed to facilitate local people in the Liberties area develop different cultural and artistic pieces to form an exhibition and a published book representing life in the Liberties.
Robert Emmet CDP will deliver free creative writing, art and photography classes from our centre on Usher Street to anyone living or working in The Liberties area. These classes will provide the skills and guidance necessary for participants to contribute to an exhibition taking place across Robert Emmet CDP and partner organisations in the Liberties area in December 2019. Participation will also provide an opportunity for participants to be published in an ‘Our Liberties’ special edition book and take part in community exhibitions.
